Ductape live at Beautiful Noise Festival VII

With a breathtaking show Ductape from Istanbul were guests at the Beautiful Noise Festival VII and the fans loved it.

For us, Ductape was/is one of the big surprises of recent years and the shining star of the up-and-coming Turkish alternative music scene. The duo sets trends and standards like no other band and so it’s no wonder that the Ductape fanbase has been growing for years. We’ve wanted to see the duo live for a long time and finally had the opportunity at Beautiful Noise Festival VII.

Ductape is fast, dark and sexy. The mix of post-punk, darkwave and neighboring genres is as popular with the fans as it is with us. On stage, too, the two manage to captivate the audience straight away with their crisp, driving beats, synths, buzzing guitars and, of course, their vocals. No wonder the guests at the Vortex Surfer in Siegen danced and celebrated extensively. The two on stage also noticeably enjoyed the great positive energy that flowed through the whole club and delivered a great show that we will remember fondly. Anyone who has the chance to see the duo live in the future should definitely do so.

Mit einer atemberaubenden Show waren Ductape aus Istanbul zu Gast beim Beautiful Noise Festival VII und die Fans liebten es.

Für uns war / ist Ductape eine der großen Überraschungen der letzten Jahre und der leuchtende Stern der aufstrebenden türkischen alternativen Musikszene. Das Duo setzt Trends und Maßstäbe wie keine andere Band und so ist es kein Wunder das die Ductape Fanbase seit Jahren wächst. Schon lange hegten wir den Wunsch das Duo live zu erleben und hatten nun endlich beim Beautiful Noise Festival VII die Möglichkeit.

Ductape ist schnell, dunkel und sexy. Der Mix aus Post-Punk, Darkwave und benachbarten Genres kommt bei den Fans ebenso gut an wie bei uns. Auch auf der Bühne schaffen es die beiden mit knackigen, treibenden Beats, Synths, den schwirrenden Gitarren und natürlich den Vocals das Publikum auf Anhieb in ihren Bann zu ziehen. Kein Wunder also, das die Gäste im Siegener Vortex Surfer ausgiebig tanzten und feierten. Auch die beiden auf der Bühne genossen spürbar die große positive Energie die den ganzen Club durchströmte und lieferten eine tolle Show ab, an die wir uns gerne erinnern. Wer die Chance hat, das Duo in Zukunft live zu sehen, der sollte das auf jeden Fall tun.
