A highlight of the next few weeks is definitely the new album L’oubli des origines (Forgetting the origins) by Montreal’s multi-talented LA MÉCANIQUE. An album full of energy, dreams and sweet-dark melodies. With the singles MDMA and Avenec, the artist already shows which marvel awaits us shortly.

Already founded in 2016 by Francis Nothingwater, LA MÉCANIQUE has penetrated further and further into the hearts of music fans with each song. Most recently with a wonderfully successful release of MDMA which was additionally accompanied by a great music video. The term music video is not quite accurate, catchy short film with surprising twists and enough content to spend a long time with it, is more accurate. Black and white mood that in combination with the song is a real pleasure.

Besides MDMA you can also sample Avenec and Sous astéroïdes. Synth music with an abundance of melodies, a palpable power that comes out of the song to the listener and of course the unique vocals that round off each song to perfection. You can, no basically have to dream the songs to grasp the subtle nuances, the excellent balance and the whole dimensions of the songs. Hundreds of little secrets that want to be found. Take your time! At the same time Francis manages to implement energetic beats into the song structures next to the synths that quickly force the body to dance. Escape impossible, for this, besides Francis also Pedro Code (IAMTHESHADOW) as a producer has provided.

With a total of 12 songs, the album is not a small thing, quite the opposite. It will be a longplayer that you can listen to at any time and situation and simply belongs on the shelf of music fans.

Ein Highlight der nächsten Wochen ist auf jeden Fall das neue Album L’oubli des origines (Vergessen der Ursprünge) von Montreals Multitalent LA MÉCANIQUE. Ein Album voller Energie, Träumen und süß-düsteren Melodien. Mit den Auskopplungen MDMA und Avenec zeigt der Künstler bereits jetzt welches Wunderwerk uns in Kürze erwartet.

Bereits 2016 von Francis Nothingwater gegründet ist LA MÉCANIQUE mit jedem Song weiter und weiter in die Herzen der Musikfans vorgedrungen. Zuletzt mit einem wunderbar gelungenen Release von MDMA das zusätzlich von einem großartigen Musikvideo begleitet wurde. Der Ausdruck Musikvideo ist dabei nicht ganz zutreffend, einprägsamer Kurzfilm mit überraschenden Wendungen und genug Inhalt um sich lange Zeit damit zu beschäftigen, trifft besser zu. Schwarz-weiße Stimmung die in Kombination mit dem Song ein wahrer Genuss ist.

Neben MDMA könnt ihr auch noch Avenec und Sous astéroïdes probehören. Synth-Music mit einer Fülle an Melodien, einer spürbaren Kraft die aus dem Song dem Hörer entgegentritt und natürlich die einzigartigen Vocals die jeden Song zur Perfektion abrunden. Es können, nein im Grunde müssen die Songs geträumt werden um die feinen Nuancen, die hervorragende Balance und die ganze Dimensionen der Songs zu erfassen. Hunderte kleine Geheimnisse die gefunden werden wollen. Nehmt euch die Zeit! Zeitgleich schafft es Francis dem Song neben den Synths auch noch energische Beats in die Songstrukturen zu implementieren die ganz schnell den Körper zum tanzen zwingen. Entkommen unmöglich, dafür hat neben Francis auch noch Pedro Code (IAMTHESHADOW) als Produzent gesorgt.

Mit insgesamt 12 Songs ist das Album kein kleines Ding, ganz im Gegenteil. Es wird ein Longplayer sein, den man zu jeder Zeit und Situation hören kann und gehört einfach ins Regal von Musikfans.
