Cruel Reflections from Los Angeles are currently attracting attention again with a wonderful song. The song Leche Pudrida is fun and far more than just a stubborn earworm.

The duo from California had caught our attention with their special sound when they moved to the Cold Transmission label. Formed back in 2017 in the City of Angels, the band is something very special. Alone the debut “One Year” had worldwide success and brought in some nominations. No wonder, the sound carries so many positive qualities that it is difficult to list them all. Post-punk with a lot of feeling, which immediately triggers emotions and takes possession of the listener. Music that we like to call “everyday” music, not because it is average, on the contrary, it is so good that you can listen to it in any situation and does not need any mood or event. It accompanies us while driving, at work and even when we fall asleep the melodies come back. This stunning voice combined with the great melodies, guitars and bass make the songs simply irresistible. No unnecessary gimmicks, everything perfectly tuned. Leche Pudrida follows the whole concept and is already one of our favorite songs of 2021. It tastes like dancing, memories and a good time with friends. Perfect!

Mit einem wunderbaren Song machen Cruel Reflections aus Los Angeles zur Zeit wieder auf sich aufmerksam. Der Song Leche Pudrida macht Spaß und ist ein weit mehr als nur ein hartnäckiger Ohrwurm.

Das Duo aus Kalifornien war uns mit seinem besonderen Sound aufgefallen, als sie zum Cold Transmission Label wechselten. Bereits 2017 in der Stadt der Engel gegründet ist die Band etwas ganz besonderes. Alleine das Debüt “One Year” hatte weltweit Erfolg und einige Nominierungen eingefahren. Kein Wunder, der Sound trägt so viele positive Eigenschaften in sich, das es schwer fällt alle aufzuzählen. Post-Punk mit ganz viel Gefühl, der sofort Emotionen auslöst und vom Hörer Besitz ergreift. Musik die wir gerne “Alltags”-Musik nennen, nicht etwa weil sie durchschnittlich wäre, ganz im Gegenteil, sie ist so gut das man sie zu jeder Situation hören kann und nicht irgendeine Stimmung oder Ereignis braucht. Sie begleitet uns beim Autofahren, auf der Arbeit und selbst beim Einschlafen kommen die Melodien zurück. Diese umwerfende Stimme kombiniert mit den großartigen Melodien, den Gitarren und dem Bass machen die Songs einfach unwiderstehlich. Keine unnötigen Spielereien, alles perfekt abgestimmt. Leche Pudrida folgt dem ganzen Konzept und ist schon jetzt einer unserer Lieblingssongs 2021. Er schmeckt nach Tanzen, Erinnerungen und einer guten Zeit mit Freunden. Perfekt!
