September Falls is the new song from Canadian duo Violentene and is another tidbit for the new EP Otherworld coming out at the end of October.

The interesting thing about a music magazine is the constant search and finding of new music. Sometimes it’s hard to keep track, but often you’re rewarded with really great songs and bands. Violentene from Ottawa is such a band, who convince with their mix of synth and darkwave right away. MvriJo (vocals) and Roland M. (synths, guitar, production) clearly focus on a dreamy mood, which is also immediately transferred to the listener. The predecessor to September Falls convinced just as much with this special note as the current song does. A wonderful, woven net of the warm vocals and the extremely well arranged synths. Music that not only flatters the ears and manifests itself in the mind, but almost feels physical. In addition, it fits exactly into the current time, it comes a little quieter therefore, yet very emotionally charged and thus fulfills everything that the beginning of autumn reveals. Great colors and tons of daydreams.

To the song there is also a video matching the song, which reflects the mood of the song wonderfully. Cool blue interspersed with soothing yellow tones. Great!

If you like it like we do, we suggest October 22nd, when the new EP Otherworld will be released and if the songs continue the quality of September Falls, it will be a great piece of music. We are already looking forward to it.

September Falls ist der neue Song des kanadischen Duos Violentene und ist ein weiterer Leckerbissen für die Ende Oktober erscheinende neue EP Otherworld.

Das interessante an einem Musikmagazin ist die ständige Suche und das Finden neuer Musik. Manchmal ist es schwer den Überblick zu behalten, doch oftmals wird man mit wirklich tollen Songs und Bands belohnt. Violentene aus Ottawa ist eine solche Band, die mit ihrem Mix aus Synth und Darkwave auf anhieb überzeugen. MvriJo (vocals) und Roland M. (synths, guitar, production) setzen dabei ganz klar auf eine träumerische Stimmung, die sich auch sofort auf den Hörer überträgt. Der Vorgänger zu September Falls überzeugte ebenso mit dieser speziellen Note wie es auch der aktuelle Song tut. Ein wundervolles, gewebtes Netz aus den warmen Vocals und den überaus gelungen arrangierten Synths. Musik die nicht nur den Ohren schmeichelt und sich in den Gedanken manifestiert, sondern sich fast schon physisch anfühlt. Zudem passt er genau in die jetzige Zeit, er kommt etwas ruhiger daher, dennoch sehr emotionsgeladen und erfüllt damit alles was der Herbstbeginn offenbart. Tolle Farben und Unmengen an Tagträumen.

Zum Song gibt es zusätzlich noch ein zum Song passendes Video, welches die Stimmung des Songs wunderbar widerspiegelt. Kühles Blau durchsetzt mit wohligen gelben Tönen. Sehr gelungen.
