Right at the beginning of 2021, The Xray5 from the Los Angeles region convinced us with their release of “Inverse“. A great, energetic package of music that quickly settles in the listener and triggers the urge to celebrate. Modern post-punk as it must be. What was missing? A video! Exactly that the guys now deliver to their song Nightmare Junkie, which Charlie Vela refined with new drums. A dark mix of landscape, lights of the streets and the band fits seamlessly with the power and atmosphere of the song. Another step of the band into the limelight, where they definitely belong!

Schon direkt am Anfang 2021 überzeugten und The Xray5 aus der Los Angeles Region mit ihrem Release von “Inverse“. Ein großartiges, energiegeladenes Paket an Musik das sich schnell im Hörer festsetzt und den Drang zum Feiern auslöst. Moderner Post-Punk wie er sein muss. Was fehlte? Ein Video! Genau das liefern die Jungs nun zu ihrem Song Nightmare Junkie, den Charlie Vela mit neuen Drums veredelte. Ein dunkel gehaltener Mix aus Landschaft, Lichtern der Straßen und der Band fügt sich nahtlos mit der Power und Atmosphäre des Songs zusammen. Ein weiterer Schritt der Band ins Rampenlicht, wo sie definitiv hingehören!
