New Mix // Keep It Dark – 20 awesome Goth Rock songs

After several years in the music business, I notice again and again that – like at the turn of the millennium – classic Goth Rock doesn’t get the importance it should have. Sure, the demarcation to post-punk is difficult and we also like the modern mix with lots of synths, but the darkness and guitars that stand together with crunchy bass in the foreground are still clearly missing. Let’s see if we have met your taste with our new mix.

Nach nun doch etlichen Jahren im Musikbereich, fällt mir immer wieder auf, das – wie zur Jahrtausendwende – klassischer Goth Rock nicht den Stellenwert erhält den er haben sollte. Klar, die Abgrenzung zum Post-Punk ist schwer und auch uns gefällt der neuzeitliche Mix mit viel Synths, doch die Dunkelheit und Gitarren die zusammen mit knackigem Bass im Vordergrund stehen fehlen uns dennoch deutlich. Mal schauen ob wir euren Geschmack getroffen haben mit unserem neuen Mix
