The way David arranges the synths, conjuring incredible landscapes of electronic music is admirable and equally rare to come across.
March to Autum in the original is a wonderful dream that we love to have in our playlists regularly since its release. One of the melodies that often comes to mind in quiet moments. The song makes the everyday life disappear, gives peace and takes a lot of speed out of life. With the Cult Of Alia remix, the whole picture of the song shifts in the direction of a space opera, an odyssey through space and time. Over spiky peaks and deep valleys of a vast landscape of synths and again feels like looking into the evening starry sky, a moment of infinity. Fast, massive and danceable. No matter what David tackles at the moment, it seems to succeed.

March To Autum, im Original schon ein Stück dunkle Musikgeschichte und absolut hartnäckiger Ohrwurm erhält sein neues Gewand diesmal von David Wright aka Cult Of Alia aus Sacramento, Kalifornien. Tendenziell liegt unser Musikgeschmack eher etwas auf der klassischen Post-punk Schiene, doch nach dem Release von Offerings zur Hälfte des Jahres, sind wir wieder mehr dem Synth verfallen und vor allem sind wir Cult Of Alia verfallen. Die Art wie David die Synths arrangiert und dabei unglaubliche Landschaften elektronischer Musik zaubert ist bewundernswert und ebenso selten anzutreffen.
March to Autum im Original ist ein wunderbarer Traum, den wir gerne und seit seinem Release regelmäßig in unseren Playlists haben. Eine der Melodien die uns oft in stillen Momenten in den Sinn kommt. Der Song lässt den Alltag verschwinden, schenkt Ruhe und nimmt viel Geschwindigkeit aus dem Leben. Mit dem Cult Of Alia Remix verschiebt sich das ganze Bild wieder in Richtung Space Opera, eine Odyssee durch Raum und Zeit. Über spitze Gipfel und Tiefe Täler einer riesigen Landschaft aus Synths und fühlt sich wieder an, als blicke man in den abendlichen Sternenhimmel, ein Augenblick von Unendlichkeit.
